We Have Your Home Covered

Carnival Custom Painting

The last couple of years have been trying in many ways. It all just leaves you grasping for a shred of your pre-Covid lifestyle and some semblance of normalcy; something you can control. However, the post-Covid world seems meaner, faster, busier, and more hollow.

Our homes have become the nucleus of our daily lives more than ever, assuming the multiple identities of haven, workplace, daycare center, school, and entertainment hub. Early in the pandemic, we were confined to the house, however, now, after experiencing the impersonal “new normal” we want to “feather the nest” even more and cherish family and relationships more fully.

We notice how many improvements could – or should – be made to our homes. We realize it is time to make family areas more inviting, more up-to-date, or easier to live in.  We’re ready for brighter, less heavy-feeling family areas.  We’re ready to be done with the mocha-colored walls of 2008. We’re ready for more coastal colors and less weight in our environment. This is where we can help.

We are a full-service residential painting contractor ready to consult, advise, and execute your paint update plan. We’ve been dedicated to Flower Mound and the surrounding areas exclusively since 2000.  We have seen the area go through some dramatic changes over the last 22 years.

Impressing and delighting residents in and around Flower Mound since October 2000, Carnival also paints the towns of Argyle, Bartonville, Corinth, Hickory Creek, Lake Dallas, Lewisville, Shady Shores, Krum, Ponder, Justin, most of Denton, and the new communities of Canyon Falls, Harvest, and Pecan Square.

We have your home covered, offering virtually all paint-related services, from complete exterior painting to interior painting of walls, ceilings, and trim.  Services also include wallpaper removal, drywall texturing, popcorn acoustic ceiling removal, and converting your “honey oak” stained cabinets to the latest bright whites. All of our work comes with a deep commitment to excellence in both services and products, such as high-quality Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, and Kelly Moore paints.

“I became the first franchisee of (founder Steve Long’s) Carnival Custom Painting those 20-plus years ago. Seeing this as a great opportunity to work directly with the community, I made the leap from engineering software sales to helping families fulfill their wishes to improve their homes inside and out. As vice president, my wife, Dina, is also very active in the business and maintains the financial side,” Clark Pittman said.

“Since I focus almost exclusively on the Flower Mound areas, I’m never more than about fifteen minutes away from a project. I try to adopt a “high touch” relationship with each customer.”

This leads to many long-time relationships with customers and a full two-thirds of them becoming repeat customers or referrals.

Before the scope of each job is established, Clark visits directly with the homeowner on site. “I need to understand the project requirements in a very detailed manner and then develop a work scope to meet those requirements,” Clark said. A typical interior painting bid proposal can take several hours to create and then format for clarity. The proposal built becomes the work plan for Clark, his customer, and his crew. Each proposal is enhanced with notes taken during my site visit to explain exactly what is to be done in each room. The proposal takes time to build but its value is extremely high.  Additionally, the proposal will show complete paint and material specifics so that you know you will be receiving the quality you expect and deserve.

We’re passionate about updates that reflect your personality, greatly improve your living environment, and generate renewed pride in your home. Paint can increase your home’s value and appeal and won’t break your budget.

“We stand behind our high standards of excellence — in our products selection,

our commitment to customer service, and we’re confident that our customers will be thrilled with the results,” Clark said. His philosophy is, “Say what you’re going to do and then do what you say”. It’s easy, it’s simple, and it makes all the difference.

If all that doesn’t paint a clear picture of why you should choose Carnival Custom Painting, just let them show you.
