Stephanie Mooney has been in the title insurance business for close to 30+ years, so when she decided it was time to go out on her own in 2019, it was an easy choice.

That’s when she opened her first Integrity Land Title office in Roanoke and this year expanded into two Fort Worth locations – on Hulen Drive and the Stockyards – plus her newest location in Cedar Park outside Austin. If all goes well, she will add more sites in future years.

“We believe our knowledge, experience, and servant’s heart sets us apart,” she said.

Mooney’s cross-training in the entire industry – from escrow to examination to underwriting – allows her to handle any residential or commercial transaction from start to finish seamlessly.

“Some people are hired to do only one job in this industry and that’s all they learn. I can handle the many roles in a transaction from business development to examination to close and everything in between and issue the policy after closing,” she said. “This is what sets me apart and provides added value to my clientele.

Mooney grew up in Fort Worth and has lived and worked in the Dallas-Fort Worth area her entire life. Well-connected and known. A long-time Texas Land Title Association member and she has served on the TLTA’s Education and Webinar Committee since 2019.

She is among 12 escrow specialists and 5 operations staff at her four locations. They work with developers, builders, realtors, and individual property owners. She’s also well-connected to area Commercial bankers and other lenders.
