DIY Wedding Centerpiece
What You Need:
• 2 Flared Glass Pilsner Glasses, 19.25 oz
• 1 Bubble Ball Vase, 4 in.
• Stemmed Flowers, 13-14 in.
• E6000 Clear Industrial
Strength Adhesive
• Styrofoam Ball, 6 in.
• Gem Garland
Step 1: The first thing you will need to do is to flip one of your Pilsner glasses over so that the rim is facing down and apply E6000 to the bottom of the glass. Then you will attach it to your bubble vase. Let the glue dry for 1-2 hours and then apply E6000 to the bubble vase rim and attach your other Pilsner vase to the glass. Allow this to dry for another 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Apply hot glue to the rim of your vase to attach your Styrofoam ball. Next, you’ll cut your 24 gauge floral wire to 6-inch pieces to insert into the ball. You’ll want to make sure that there is a hook at the end of the floral wire to attach your gem garland. Then
you’ll attach six 6-12 inch long gem garland strands to your floral wire.
Step 3: Insert your floral pieces into the Styrofoam ball until you can see only flowers. You want to make sure that the ball is completely covered in flowers. Feel free to use whatever floral pieces you’d like.
