1. Go to the Beach

If you live in a state that gets swelteringly hot in the summer then seeing back-to-back movies is a great way to escape the heat. Camping isn’t for everyone, but why not give it a try if you never have before? If it is too hot in your state this summer you can travel north to a state park to give it a shot. Some of the most beautiful places to camp are in the U.S., but if you would rather not risk the long trip and the idea of camping somewhere new is too overwhelming, you can opt for a backyard camping adventure!
