From the moment we met Clayton and Katie Flurry and heard about their concept for a high-quality meat and seafood market, bistro, and gift shop – all with a bit of Cajun flair – we knew they were going to be a smash hit.
Since they opened at the end of 2021, Flurry’s has delivered on every promise they made – and then some! It truly is so much more than just a meat shop or just a market. It’s become a true community gathering place where you can come in, enjoy a meal, or meet some neighbors while you’re shopping around.
They have also employed some of the best of the best experts to help you navigate everything from their fresh-daily seafood display to their gift selection. I don’t know about you, but I love to eat seafood. However, when it comes to purchasing some to prepare on my own, I tend to get a little overwhelmed. That’s why Flurry’s has hired expert fishmonger, Dan Walker, to help find the perfect fish for you. And when it comes to all of their other delicious market selections, you can always ask Market Manager, Josh LaBoyteaux, for help.
In addition to all of the meat and seafood options, Flurry’s also has a fantastic bistro menu created by Chef William Keller. And from what we’ve seen from Clayton and Chef William since they opened, not only do they have an incredible standard menu, but they’re also constantly experimenting and playing with new specials and grab-and-go items as well.
Some of their other most popular bistro dishes include the Mini Meat Pies, Cajun Bronzed Wings, Prime Steak Salad, Flurry’s Burger, their Truffle Fries, and my personal favorite – Jack’s Mac & Cheese.
There’s no shortage of incredible things to explore and try at Flurry’s Market + Provisions, so the next time you need to grab some quality meats or seafood, or you’re looking for a host/teacher/birthday gift, visit Flurry’s and we’re sure they’ve got what
