Too Cute To Spook
For some people, the best part of Halloween is the candy. For others, it’s getting to express their creativity by DIY-ing a costume. For us, it’s the Woof-O-Ween dog costume contest! The paw-ty is all-day at the Hound Mound Dog Park in Flower Mound on October 27th, 2022.
Let’s face it, who doesn’t like seeing dogs dressed up in Halloween costumes? Just like humans, dogs have personalities of their own, which makes choosing a costume so much fun!
A simple way to brainstorm costume ideas is to ask yourself what nicknames you call your pup. Teddy Bear? Little Devil? Prince or Princess? Dress them in a costume that embodies their true character, or the total opposite!
Of course, owners can always find inspiration from our award categories. Prizes will be awarded for Most Creative, Scariest, Best Homemade, Funniest, and Best Pet/Owner Look-a-like. There will also be a pup-arrazi area where owners can catch a photo-op with their best fur-iend!
Bring your friends, bring your parents, or even bring your co-workers! Just, please, don’t bring your cat.
