Lisa’s career took a significant leap during her 15-year tenure at Bank of America, where she managed multiple branches from Carrollton to Denton. Her ability to train and coach new hires and seasoned employees alike fostered a culture of growth and success. Lisa’s expertise in performance coaching and branch management led her to Capital One, where she managed a large branch in Valley Ranch and played a pivotal role in community initiatives like Habitat for Humanity.

At PointBank, Lisa’s commitment to community involvement flourished. Starting in Argyle, she brought recognition to the community through active participation in local schools, Keep Argyle Beautiful, and the Chamber Board. Her passion for networking and building relationships drove business growth and community engagement. Moving to Denton, Lisa embraced even more community roles, including serving on the Executive Board for Denton Main Street, Board of Directors for Hearts for Homes, and participating in the Leadership Denton Program.

Now in Pilot Point, Lisa continues to lead with dedication. She serves on the Executive Board of the Chamber, Neighborhood Events, and Hearts for Homes. Her community involvement earned her the title of Citizen of the Year in Pilot Point, a testament to her influence and commitment.

Lisa draws professional inspiration from women like Susan Frank, founder of Hearts for Homes, whose dedication to helping low-income seniors with home repairs has left a lasting impression. This level of dedication motivates Lisa to continue her work in banking and community service.
