Welcome Home, Neighbor
Find Your Dream Home, & Joy in the Process
Yvonne Callahan has lived in Texas her entire life and considers it home. For 19 years, she dedicated herself to serving others as a nurse in Dallas — a career rooted in compassion, care, and commitment. When she retired, she assumed the next chapter of her life would be fulfilling. She just wasn’t sure what that would look like.
That is, until she and her husband began buying and flipping homes.
What started as a side venture quickly turned into something much bigger. The couple found themselves flipping houses faster than anticipated — and loving every minute of it. While James focused on the investment side, Yvonne discovered what truly lit her up: staging, design, and transforming houses into welcoming homes.
“That’s when I knew I was onto some- thing special,” Yvonne said.
After several years in real estate, she partnered with Brent Myers at ERA Myers & Myers Realty — a brokerage with nearly 30 years of extensive experience in North Texas. The firm is committed to upholding the highest standards of honesty and transparency while always prioritizing clients’ best interests — values that align with Yvonne’s heart for service.
Now serving the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Yvonne and her dream home team bring lifelong local knowledge to every transaction. She is deeply familiar with communities, including Argyle, Bartonville, Canyon Falls, Denton, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Justin, Lantana, Lewisville, Northlake, Roanoke, Westlake — and most of all, Robson Ranch. To her, Robson Ranch isn’t just a market for Yvonne. It’s home.
“It’s like Disney World for adults,” she said with a laugh. “I can’t even explain it.”
Occasional walks after dinner or a golf cart ride with her husband often turn into a seamlessly never-ending carousel of front-yard hellos, driveway conversations, and impromptu neighborhood reunions — a reflection of the genuine connection and warmth that define the community she loves so deeply.
Yvonne has built strong relationships within the Robson Ranch community because she’s genuinely invested in it. She wants others to experience a place that feels more meaningful than just somewhere to live. And as luck would have it, she has the perfect day job to help make that happen.
As a seasoned real estate professional with the Your Dream Home Team, she takes great pride in helping all kinds of buyers and sellers navigate the North Texas market with enthusiasm, confidence, and clarity. She loves working with every stage of life — from first-time homebuyers taking that exciting leap to clients building custom new construction homes and seasoned sellers preparing for their next chapter. No matter the situation, Yvonne brings patience, insight, and a steady hand to guide each client through the process. Her nursing background uniquely benefits her real estate career — giving her empathy, attentiveness, and calm guidance clients need during major life transitions.
Last year alone, Yvonne closed more than 30 transactions and earned recognition as a Top DFW 250 Producer — proof that her relationship-first approach resonates and that relationships, not just transactions, drive lasting success in real estate.
“I’ve been doing this since 2015, and time and time again, I see buyers and sellers getting unnecessarily stressed over the process,” she said.
“My job is to make it joyful from start to finish. And that starts by not treating it as just a transaction.”
Yvonne is also a firm believer that a home is one of the biggest investments most people will ever make.
“I plan to save my clients money in any way I can,” she added. “That’s my motto. Commissions are negotiable, and I’m always looking for ways to protect my clients’ bottom line.”
Her goal is simple: create value, build trust, and ensure her clients feel confident not only in their purchase but in the entire process.
For Yvonne, real estate goes far beyond contracts and closings. It’s about connection.
“I just got off a 45-minute call with a client from Robson Ranch,” she said. “She needed a lawn person, a hairdresser, and someone to do her nails. Being able to give her those recommendations — that’s the most rewarding part. I love helping people.”
Whether it’s finding the right home or helping someone settle into a new chapter of life, Yvonne believes service doesn’t stop at the closing table. After a lifetime of caring for others, Yvonne Callahan has found her “next thing.” And she plans to keep doing what she does best — serving her community — for as long as she can.
