Titensor Dental’s New Office – Designed for You

Superior Patient Comfort & Technology

Nearly a year ago, Drs. Brett Titensor and Jackson Mann were standing on a construction site, in the middle of what would eventually become one of the most inviting spaces you’ve ever seen in a neighborhood dental office. Mammoth steel beams and exposed framing stretched overhead. Specks of dirt covered the ground beneath as they walked toward what would eventually become a series of private treatment rooms.

To an outsider, the finished product was hard to imagine against the reality of what was then an empty shell. But for Dr. Brett, the vision was crystal clear. He just had to trust that months of planning, construction, and anticipation would finally come together.

“It’s definitely bigger than I first imagined,” Dr. Brett said at the time. “But every additional decision came back to one question: Will this help us take better care of our patients?”

Next month is the goal for the brand new office of Titensor Dental to officially open in Flower Mound.

The once-bare construction site for the proposed 15,000-square-foot space has given way to a near-complete, state-of-the-art facility with 15 private treatment rooms rather than the traditional open-bay concept, surgical suites, a 2,500-square-foot atrium lounge, and a first-of-its-kind training center for continuing education and live demonstrations for dentists and their teams.

Every part of the building was designed with a purpose — not to be bigger for the sake of being bigger, but to create a better experience for patients, a healthier workplace for the team, and a place where dentists can continue learning to provide better care in their own communities. From improving privacy and infection control to creating a hands-on educational environment, every major decision was guided by one simple question: “Will this help people?”

“What’s got me the most excited is that it will allow me to treat my patients better,” Dr. Brett said. “Even this week, I couldn’t help but think about being in that private surgical suite, and the patient getting my undivided attention. Meanwhile, their loved one is relaxing in a comfortable atrium rather than a claustrophobic waiting room.

“This building was never about creating something big and grand,” Dr. Brett said. “We live here. The practice has been family-owned for over 40 years. Every element of its design is purpose-driven to make patients more comfortable, help our team provide better care, and create opportunities to teach other dentists so even more patients benefit.

“If a larger, more thoughtfully designed building helps us accomplish those goals, then it’s an investment worth making. You’re going to be treated like a person from start to finish.”

Dr. Brett added, “Most dentist offices have looked and felt the same for 60 years. It’s time for an upgrade.”

Just one mile from the current office, the new facility lives at 3025 Long Prairie Road and represents the next chapter for a practice that is already a trusted source of dental care in Denton County. The Titensor name has become synonymous with comprehensive, family-centered dentistry, offering services including routine checkups, dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, same-day crowns, veneers, tooth restorations, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant-supported dentures, and clear aligners.

Meanwhile, Dr. Brett has become a mentor and key opinion leader, training other dentists nationwide in digital dentistry.
In addition to the training center, sliding glass doors at the new facility will open into a large surgical suite, allowing dental professionals to learn live. No more long lectures or slideshows — step into hands-on, see-it-as-it-happens experiences.

Both Drs. Brett and Jackson have extensive training in CEREC same-day crown technology, paired with their passion for art and aesthetics, enabling Titensor Dental to deliver beautiful results in a single appointment.

While the building is new, the philosophy isn’t. Titensor Dental has served Flower Mound families for more than four decades, and the mission remains the same — treat people like family, provide exceptional care, and continue investing in technology and education that ultimately benefit patients — not because it’s flashy, but because it enables the team to deliver better outcomes.

Along with the amenities mentioned above, natural light is expected to flood every hallway and room, complemented by soft colors, sleek finishes, and warm textures that instantly put patients at ease. Each treatment room and suite is designed to maximize comfort and will be fully equipped for comprehensive care, allowing the team to provide everything from routine cleanings to advanced surgical procedures without patients ever feeling rushed or crowded.

For Drs. Brett, Jackson, and the whole team, it’s to provide something meaningful to the community.

And that “something meaningful” will be opening its doors sooner than you think.

“I hope people walk in and simply feel cared for,” Dr. Brett said. “If they leave thinking this was the best dental experience they’ve ever had, then we’ve accomplished what we set out to do. Everything we’ve built is really an investment in our patients, team, and this community. If this building helps us serve people better for the next 40 years, then it has done exactly what it was intended to do.”
