“We just want to take care of our customers,” Clayton said. “All too often, we’ll be working on a plumbing issue at someone’s home and notice that they’ve also got AC issues. They may already be talking to another company about it, but they constantly feel like they are being sold to. We’ve already earned their trust on the plumbing side, so why not help them beyond that?”
He added, “When they see our truck and logo, it doesn’t matter who helps them. They know we are honest and will take care of them.”
Clayton and Hannah started the plumbing side of their business five years ago. Since then, they’ve become one of the more trusted and versatile plumbing companies in Argyle, Flower Mound, and surrounding communities. That’s saying something given the wealth of options homeowners and businesses have. With a growing army of certified technicians — which includes 20 licensed, trained, and highly-qualified employees and eight service vehicles — they can fix any plumbing need quickly, cleanly, and correctly, including busted pipes, leaky faucets, drain cleaning, fixture replacement, water heater repairs, leak detection services, gas line services, and pipelining.

The Robinsons are as hands-on as they’ve always been in what has become a well-oiled machine from top to bottom. They are leading the charge to provide opportunities for younger, skilled technicians who want to start a career in this industry. They created their plumbing training program to help their staff understand basic blueprints, plumbing codes, piping standards, materials, proper plumbing and maintenance repair techniques, and more. Outside of work, the Robinsons have ensured that CR Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a true community partner. They are big supporters of the Argyle Education Foundation, with Hannah jumping in as its President. They also work heavily with local seniors and offer free gas testing services to foster care organizations and their families.
“Our entire team genuinely cares about our customers and doing whatever is needed to help us grow,” Clayton said.
