It’d be easy for Donna Phillips to take credit for the success she and her team at Studio 360 Med Spa & Boutique have experienced over the past four years. And who can blame her? Phillips continues to surround herself with the best and most friendly beauty and medical professionals — setting a new bar in an industry with more options than ever for clients searching for the fountain of youth. And if there’s a service they don’t offer, they probably will by the time you finish reading this sentence.

But Phillips is smart enough to know the real credit goes to the community that gave them a chance in the first place.

“We are solid and growing, and that’s because of our clients,” Phillips said. “I used to go to bed scared every night, worried that I’d wake up and everything would be gone. That doesn’t happen anymore. This community is great, and our girls are motivated. We do so many things, and when you see something life-changing, that’s a feel-good moment.”

She added, “We are exactly where we want to be.”

These days, the phone is ringing off the hook with clients who want to book their next appointment. Located in Highland Village, Studio 360 Med Spa & Boutique is a full-service med spa dedicated to everything from hair removal and skin tightening to Botox and PRP injections, microneedling, Emsculpt, CoolSculpting, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and regenerative treatments. They are even the go-to experts for B12 shots, acne solutions, weight-loss counseling, massages and facials, professional makeup, airbrush tans, and for women struggling with menopause, wellness, and intimacy problems.

Their list of services runs the gamut, driving home their philosophy of innovation, invention, and continuous education.

“I seriously doubt there’s anything we don’t offer. And if we aren’t, we are looking into it,” Donna said. “The services offered in this industry are ever-changing, so you must stay on the cutting edge.”

Dr. Marc Margiotta agreed. He joined the team at 360 Med Spa in March and specializes in combining deep tissue manipulation, chiropractic care, and regenerative techniques such as PRP and Ozone.

“Everyone here is dedicated to treating every person like they are the most important client we have,” he said. “We ensure that every question is answered and their needs are met, so they walk out happy and satisfied. You would think a venture like this would take time to gain traction in a community as vibrant and competitive as Denton County. But everything fell into place rather quickly, so much so that the self-proclaimed “Beauty Bunch” had to double the facility’s size  with an additional 3,800 square feet of space to accommodate more clients and their ever-evolving needs.

Besides Donna, there is Spa Director Ryndi Hoge. She oversees the studio operations and has been there since the doors opened. From there, the rockstar team includes Dr. Margiotta, Michelle Shepard, Princess Holt, Stephani Sanders, Dr. John Dulemba, Mindi Grisham, and Chanel Leader. Not to be outdone, Kathy Hodges came to the team roughly two years ago and took over the boutique side of the business.

“Ryndi is a rockstar; people love her, and we are 100 percent better with Kathy on our team. Marc hasn’t been here for very long, and people can’t wait to get on his calendar,” Donna said. “Princess is constantly thinking of great ideas and is adding options for women of color, which I can’t wait to see more of. It’s a bunch of people who like to make you feel and look your best.”
