Dr. Drew Sanderson, the Owner & Medical Director of Live Young Wellness Spa, will be the first to tell you that expansion has always been in the cards. In less than a year, they’ve gone from one location in Flower Mound to having a second location in Castle Hills.

“It’s definitely exciting,” Dr. Sanderson said. “Our goal is to provide the same cutting-edge, results-oriented treatments we’ve already seen so much success with to clients across both locations. The community members are so great, and we knew our wellness services could benefit a lot of people in this area. It was a natural fit.”

And they certainly didn’t have to wait long for the phones to ring. The Castle Hills location does not differ much from the original Live Young Wellness Spa in Flower Mound. They offer cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Kybella, and fillers, and they have skincare treatments such as laser hair removal, facials, broadband light therapy, and microneedling. They even offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and monthly memberships that allow people to take advantage of skincare services at a very reasonable cost.

Having a spa like this in your neighborhood is an absolute luxury. Life is unbelievably short, and as we age, we begin to gain weight, lose energy, and rely more on prescription drugs to feel better — all while tasks we used to handle with ease become more and more difficult. Live Young Wellness Spa truly does corner the market when it comes to having a great team. In addition to being a medical doctor, Dr. Sanderson also volunteered to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves immediately after completing medical school and has been serving ever since. When he was suddenly deployed to Iraq in 2016, he decided to separate his plastic surgery and medical spa practices so that his family and employees would still have a steady income and be taken care of if he was ever deployed again.

His staff in Castle Hills consists of four fantastic team members, including Nurse Practitioner and Injector Stephanie Stovall, Office Manager Vanessa Brown, Lead Laser Technician and Aesthetician Christi Nedved, and Laser Technician Hannah Azzinaro.

“I’m fortunate to have them,” he said. “Stephanie comes highly trained by some of the best injectors in the world and has almost two decades of nursing experience, but it’s her genuine care for patients that sets her apart as a practitioner. She manages our bioidentical hormone replacement therapy program and treats our patients with a variety of cosmetic injectables as our lead injector. Her amazing bedside manner and fun personality makes her a patient-favorite! Christi is also well versed in treatments such as Sciton BBL, fractionated resurfacing, microneedling, HydraFacial, and more. Her passion for all things beauty and aesthetics began in high school, and she continues to love helping others feel more confident by treating their skin concerns.
