Takes Playing in the Dirt to a New Level

If your kids like playing in the dirt, then your family is in for a real treat. Dig World, a construction-themed adventure park where kids and adults can operate real machinery, is set to open at Grapevine Mills in June 2026, adding yet another bustling form of entertainment to the popular North Texas shopping mall.

Located at 2200 W. Grapevine Mills Circle, Dig World Grapevine marks the second location for the popular concept that debuted in Katy, Texas, in 2022. The park features full-size and kid-sized Caterpillar-branded equipment specially modified so guests can safely dig, scoop, lift, and maneuver under staff supervision. 

Imagine your child’s eyes light up when they get to operate a real excavator, drive a skid steer, or race around in a mini tractor, something they could only dream of — until now.

Adding to the hype, the project represents a joint collaboration with YouTube sensation, Dude Perfect, bringing an added dynamic to the much anticipated adventure park. In addition to classic digging experiences, visitors can look forward to Dude Perfect-inspired trick-shot and challenge zones. 

Here, families will have opportunities to launch balls from excavators into giant targets, try timed digging challenges, or even tackle stunt-style accuracy games designed for big laughs and even bigger bragging rights.

Much like the original Katy park, Dig World Grapevine is expected to offer two-hour sessions, online reservations, and pricing in the neighborhood of about $29.99 per session, along with extended daytime and evening hours so families can fit in a visit around school, sports, and work. 

Between time on the machines, guests can enjoy turf-field yard games, a construction zone-themed playground, and gem mining, potentially turning a visit into a full-day outing.

Dig World will also host birthday parties, field trips, and group events, giving you another entertainment option as you plan summer and back-to-school celebrations.
