It’s that time of year where the Roanoke community comes together to Celebrate Roanoke! On Saturday, October 9 head over to Historic Oak Street and commemorate Roanoke’s history in Roanoke’s biggest event of the year. There will be gunfights and chuck wagon, a trick and tail horse show, cow patty bingo, armadillo races, greased pig races, a petting zoo, an old-fashioned photo booth, wagon and train rides, live music, food vendors, and more! Festivities are to start at noon.
